It’s time for the Creative Wellness “Back-to-School Special!”
Fall is my favorite season, probably because I love the cooler temperatures, crisp air, and the energy burst I get to work on new projects and create things. I crave the “back-to-school” energy even though I’m no longer a student and I don’t have any children to buy school supplies for. Even for those of us who aren’t heading back-to-school, this is a time of year when we can find the energy and inner resources to start hunkering down with a good book or a new project.
Over the next three weeks, I’m going to help you get set up to maximize the gifts of this time of year without suffering from burnout, colds & sinus infections, or brain fog. We’ll be optimizing your energy levels, boosting your immune system, and helping you clear brain fog so you can FOCUS on the things you need to do and the creative projects that you’ve been craving.
Your energy levels are the foundation of what you can create in the world. You need energy to learn, to be productive at work, and to cultivate your relationships. You need energy to play, to cook, and to create. That’s why today we’re going to start with some incredible tools to help you avoid burnout and energy crashes so you can get everything done and still have energy left to enjoy your family, friends, and creative life.
Here’s what you’ll learn in today’s episode:
1. The nutritional foundation of steady energy and how to eat more of the foods that energize you and fewer foods that drain you.
2. How to use nourishing Nettle Infusions to supplement your energy without stimulants.
3. The pros and cons of coffee, tea, and energy drinks. Plus some REALLY yummy alternatives.
