becoming resilient to stress

You may know by now that I’m a person who loves deeper teachings rather than surface-level information and soundbites. So I was just thrilled to find out that I could share this whole teleclass with you here on the podcast! It’s a bit of a longer episode, but I think the topic is well-deserving of this longer conversation.

Our topic is building resilience to stress, and this class is full of strategies & techniques to help support your body & mind in bouncing back from the effects of stress. Resilience is so important because no matter how well you learn to manage or reduce your stress, you cannot live a fulfilling human life without some amount of stress. If you become resilient, you’ll be able to not only recover from the negative effects of stress, but the stressors in your life will actually serve to help you grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

This class is a teleseminar that I originally taught for Shari Beaudette’s Workshop-of-the-Month Club (learn more at ChaosCleanse.com or SpaTimeLiving.com) We both wanted to share the class here on the podcast because the information is so vital; it really feels like this message about building resilience to stress needs to reach as many people as possible.

So, if you find this class helpful, would you help Shari & me to spread the message by sharing the episode with someone who needs to hear it?

***As I mentioned in the beginning of the episode, I’m contemplating some improvements to the podcast. If you’re a regular listener and we haven’t had a chance to say “hi” yet, would you send me an email at melanie@psycheandsoma.com or pop over to the Facebook page and introduce yourself? I’d love to be in touch with as many of you as humanly possible so that I can hear your feedback about how to make the show even better.***
